All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

• Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

• Custom or made-to-order items are final sale.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Kreationz By JAH is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.
